The filling system used is of volumetric type.Wimco uses the advanced system of postive cutoff and pneumatic blow off system.This system helps in eleminating the dripping of material after fill stroke.This helps in accurate dosing of desired material.For low viscouse material we need to have stirrer and heating of material externally in order to dose the desired material.

Rejections arise primarily because of 2 reasons one, because of wrong settings and two, because of inconsistency in tube quality. For the first reason, we have introduced scales and meters at all the changeover points, so that the error in changeovers are minimised. We use Hot air sealing system and it is proven for sealing the laminated and plastic tubes.The parameters like sealing temperature, flow of compressed air, chill water flow and speed are set depending upon the moc of tube for sealing on Hot air sealing system.
